BTW- If you've seen Capital RSX people doing burnouts they may not necessarily be part of our group. The Capital RSX decals are sold online and anyone who feels like it could buy our decals. The Arundell Mills meet that mrsteve organized a few years ago had people from all over the place, and there were 2 douchebags that did burnouts in the parking lot. 1 was an s2ki member, and 1 had an Integra. Neither were RSX owners or Capital members.

I don't feel like starting a war here or anything. I understand where you're coming from, I've organized meets before and you never want to attact anymore attention than you already get when you've got tons of people rolling with you. But I don't think RSX owners in general are going to be causing you problems not to mention Skyline drive is the sort of place where its a little hard to show off since it'll be a long line of cars with the leader setting the pace. Its a single lane road.

Apparently that's not the case any more. I have been in contact with the folks from the Corvette group that is going to be holding an event there that weekend and they have been asked by the Park Service to acquire a permit, but that may be because they have upwards of 100 cars. Still, I gotta consider it a possibility because of the concurrence with their event.

We do it every year... no permit required.

It's not as if you'd be coming in a large tour bus. It's a public road and a public park.

I'll be driving up from North Carolina as I did last year around this time. It was a good turnout and enjoyed meeting everyone. Hopefully the turnout will be just as big and if not even bigger.

..looking forward to meeting everyone and checking out all the new modifications on the various cars.

More than likely i'll be able to make it up there. I enjoy driving the TL and I have relatives up there so i'll make it a weekend trip. I've seen some pictures of your car with the zenetti fives and i'll have to say it looks pretty good!

^^ Nick, Skyline drive is in VA BTW I agree with what you said, let's update the list mid week and maybe at the end of the week unless we get too many people signing up. In that case, we may need to increase the updates so we don't lose anyone.

yeah, good idea, I was thinking the same, I'll get with a mod to do this. I'll ask him to do it once we get the final rally point set up and the time set up as well. Because right now the thread topic was updated saying the meet is Oct. 29. I'll also get him to cut out some of the people lists too so it's more condensed.

Got my TL 2 weeks ago. I had a 350z before this and I've been on the skyline cruise before with the area Z drivers. Its gona suck a little being in a slower and less agile car but am definately looking forward to meeting all of you. BBQ's are too hard to plan and keep in order. Plus, clean up, working around the cruise, and paying 100's for a our own little place that I'm pretty sure we'd have to put down, etc.
