Any updates? Only 2 weeks away. It would be helpful if there was a solid plan on when everyone is getting there, different options for activities etc.

Anyway, we need a FINAL count on who's ACTUALLY coming.

Might still be a little early, although it's 2pm, but wndrlst and shalooby need to chime in. They're probably at work.

I would rather it be earlier than later. We're all coming to hang out..might as well make it worth the drive.

We do have a set location. Shalooby will pm the address to people who confirm they are coming. We had planned to bump this thing right after the new year, but now's as good a time as any.

Loob will also have to chime in about the times he's got it reserved for. It's in the evening, but certainly if people want to socialize as a group, or separately earlier in the day, plans can be made to do something downtown or something. I know for a while Pooh & Ravi were talking about spending the day at the B'more aquarium with their kids.

We'll need a final head-count to determine a price per person for the venue rental & the food. We decided BYOB is simplest, but we'll take care of food. There is a full sized fridge & a mini fridge in the suite for drinks, but if anyone wants blended drinks, we'll need a blender. (Which sadly, I no longer have, so cannot volunteer. :P)



Scotty, if you actually manage to quit acting like you're sick, & get your pansy, weak-sauce ass out here I'm sure some of us would be willing to spend time with you before the meet.

You should set a deadline that people have to confirm that they are coming for sure. That way everyone will know what they owe for the reservations, food, etc.

If somebody tries backing out or showing up at the last second it will screw things up.
