.. this totally sucks, I just found out my car will be on the shipping container before I receive these babies. I shouldn't have procrastinated so damn long to order them.. and now I'm paying for it dearly..

 

I can model them for you at the meet, I think they'd look awesome on black.

 

LOL, yeah.. that cruise was absolutely terrible. I'm surprised that none of us got into an accident, trying to stick together in downtown Chicago traffic.

Hahaha, I'll probably bring just one rim+tire if they do come in before the meet to show off.. so bring the tools necessary! Yeah, I've been looking for black rims for awhile but all of the black finishes seem to be a hell of a lot more expensive than normal, so I figured this was about as close to black as I'm gonna get since I'm moving into my new place and can't be wasting money already.

I'm gonna shop around once I move to see if I can't get them dipped in Black Chrome for a decent price.

 

That would be great. Anywhere in the Chicago area would be great. Preferably in the city. That way who ever showed up all of us could go terrorize lake shore drive.

 

Last meet we couldn't go fast enough to terrorize an anthill. We have to find a better drive than Lakeshore drive. Wilson Skate park is THE location.

 

Does anyone think they can get a hold of some AZ stickers. I want one really bad.

Just got a 01 NBP CL-S a few months ago...no mods...been waiting for my blitzsafe ipod thing for almost a month something about waiting for blitzsafe to ship them :/

Anyway look forward to seeing what others have done to their CL's and drooling over all the 04+ TL's.

 

don't worry.. if i can convince my dad to go, you won't be the only unmodded Acura there... 8 years with this beaut and one more year... then the fun begins =) ('99 TL)

i really want to get my car Seafoamed...
i was thinking i'd bring a couple bottles (if i get to come and if my dad lets me *shrug*)
and you guys could show me how to do it...

1) where can i get it?
2) how many will i need?
3) how much will it run me?
4) do i need any tools?

 

Not to sound negative but rain is in the forecast...aww man, already washed her up and ready to go. Now we gotta keep our fingers crossed.

OK guys, I know this is directed at me,,,hehe! I was the "leader" I know you guys were like

Well what can I say? Traffic was heavy on Saturday and with all those Acuras trying to stay together on LSD, I didn't want to lose anybody, so that's why I kept the cruise at 45mph. Going through downtown was not my intention at all!! I took the wrong exit like an idiot! I didn't realize that 2-lane road turns into a 1-way do-not-enter street. When I realzed this, trust me I felt like an ass because I realized the only way out of this and back onto LSD was Michigan Ave!! Last place we'd want to be. My passenger did one of these. ...I should have gone to the NEXT exit which had an easy turn-around back onto LSD.

Well if anything good could be said.....At least we didn't lose anybody. Another cruise down LSD would still be cool this time around again, it's way too beautiful of a road to pass up....we just have to do it right this time.

Oh yeah I know I deserve about 1000 of these!

 

I live in the Northwest Surburbs in the Glendale Hts area and I'm not to familar where Wilson Skate Park Chicago is at? So if someone can give me directions or the best route to getting to the place that would be nice. I missed out on the last meeting and this one i hope to be there... so add me on the list!
