It was ok
Was hoping more acuras would show, would've made it more fun to meet some of you
Was a decent turn out.. about 12-15 people came, most didn't come probablly for the same reasons

yea i might of seen you pass by. we saw like 6 minis pass the meet too and various rice. lol. we organizing another meet, to happen june 13th a sunday. We getting a permit for a preserve, not busse, but a place north of there. So hopefully all this crappy rain goes away and we have a nice meet.

yea it was funny, cause it got dark and became windy and cold, then an hour later it became hot again. everyone who went to the meet came from rain, dont know why that area missed it all. didnt rain over there til 6:30. But yea, hopefully we can try this again.

LOL, its all good... thats why i usually take all the meet pics, cause usually the other guys wont take as many as i do. usually we are over run with 6th gens 98-02 accords.

We dont do that during meets, and at around 6pm when there was only 4 cars left, on the dead side of fuddruckers where theres no people or customers cars, it happened. I can understand if we have 20 cars there, and lots of customers and other people in danger. Breaking up the meet would be a disaster, but at that point in the day, it didnt matter. And the first cars one was small. and the other guy was leaving as we all were about to. But yea, it was stupid.

I hear ya. I just would hate to see Fuds getting pissed about that and calling the cops. Thats why the cops show up all the time by Unos now because last year these guys thought it would be cool to do burnouts. In the end, the office buildings over there called the cops and no more meets, unless they are low key.

yeah, unos/hooters was by far the most used by so many clubs and boards. its always gonna be another spot as soon as one place gets abused and overcrowded. ah well, i'll be posting the accord/cl/tl meet info soon. it will be in palatine. the confirmed date is june 13th sunday.
oh and shaolin aka dan, we saw your car at golf mill on friday afternoon. We were in the area installing a body kit, and decided to eat at the food court.

actually we should, casue we do got quite a few members from the cities south side, palos areas, as well as orland park. but the spot has already been chosen, but definitely the next choice for the one after this. if u guys know a spot, be happy to name it. We did have a north side montrose harbor meet in april.

yeah we need something on the south side or atleast before the oakbrook area. i work out in westmont so the drive isnt bad, but schaumburg is a hike. i dont mind doing to driving, but the meets should be a little mixed to satisfy all the members.

They sell rims+tires and alot of little stuff. But they can order just about anything. One cool thing about the owner he was the first to invent LED's made into the rims. He's got some on display.

that meet will probably be from noon til whenever, cause last time at 6pm, there was only 4 of us left. But yea, and oakbrook or some area near that, sounds like a good idea, cause of the many highways that meet up there.

Heres the directions. Sunday June 13th Meet Accord/CL/TL Starts at 1. please pass on info!
Forest Preserve near Hicks and Dundee Road in Palatine.
From Schaumburg Area(290 or 90 West)
Continue north on route 53 until you see the exit for rand road. Exit rand, and take a left onto rand rd. Continue till you see dundee road (NTB on the corner) and make a left. Pass Hicks road and you'll see the forest preserve on your right hand side.

Jesal: Just a thought about a new site sellection. Geno's East Pizza, at 58 and 62 in Rolling meadows. The food is kick ass, but the parking lot is small. However, they are connected to a new meijers by common, non dedicated road, and that lot is huge! Easy to find, just off of route 53 or AH road. Curious.
P.S. The next time we do one of these things, I want a fair share of CL's showing up. Not a national BMW meet! But we will welcome Nicky with his mustang. Haven't heard much from him lately. Hummmmm...
