I saw two CL-S on Creditview last night. I was driving down Creditview, there were two black CL-S with spoilers. Including mine, there werer 3 black CL-S with spoilers on the same road at the same time. Holy smoke.

I have read another tread about a paint chip repair products called Lanka. I have ordered some and are going to try them on my old Nissan 240SX. I will let you guys know how it goes. I heard a lot of good comments about this products.

For those who reside in Toronto, watch out for emblems theft. I have heard many guys have lost their car emblems, including Acura, Lexus, BMW, Honda, Mercedes, these days.

One of my good friends has lost his IS300 Lexus logo.

The first time, I didn't even notice (It's not like I always take a walk around the car before I drive off), the second time, I am pretty sure it was at the parking lot at Promenade Mall in Thornhill....

quick question - where do you guys recommend to pick up a CAI in Toronto? I don't want to pay the premium for the AEI....looking to spend around $200...(for something decent, ofcourse)

did everyone get their copy of the "EXPRESSIONS" magazine by acura?

it says that 0-100km for the TL Type S is in the SUB SEVEN range, and it says it twice.. once on page 17, and again on pages 44-45,

it also shows pics of the MDX built right here in Ontario, and some cool pics of a blue TL-S..

Does anyone know whats up with this magazine? Does acura give it out everywhere, i know the one we get is meant just for us, cause it says the mdx was built "right here in ontario".

Whats the best deal anyone has gotten for their CL Type S (brand new)? I've got a dealership offering me about $1500-$2000 off. not including spoiler, deflector and rear splash guards.

How low can you really go?

I think that is the best deal you can get on it (roughly $38,000) before tax. Dealers have to clear inventory in the next couple of months for the incoming 02's, so they may be under pressure to discount.

Personally, I paid MSRP, but that's cause I got it when it first came out (April 2000).

Which dealerships have you visited?

I haven't seen Zaino around, may be you can call their 1800 number and find out.

I am using Zymol and there are a limited dealers selling them here in Toronto. Though Zymol is very very expensive but my car have show car quality shines.

They used to Sell Zymol at Canadian Tire - the store manager told me they were not carrying it anymore b/c it was a lousy seller. I've heard about Zymol a number of years ago and it's awesome stuff! Where did you pick up yours?

BTW: Now that the weather is getting a little better, we should plan the meet one of these weekends....(just gimmie time to get some good wax & polish)

The Zymol they sell at Can Tire are not the real Zymol. The real professional Zymols, are awesome. I bought them through a wholesaler here, but they don't normally sell it to the public. However, I know there are a number of retailers here in Toronto. Check the Zymol website, www.zymol.com. They have a list of retailers in Canada,

By the way, the glossiness of my car has attracted a lot of looks these days It is just like a mirror.

I just parked side by side to a Pontiac today. That Pontiac was very very shiny and eye catching too, when it stands alone. But once I parked my car next to it, my car stood out immediately. The depth of the shine is unbeatable.
