CALLING H-Town/TEXAS TLers!!!
Me and only a couple of 3 other TLs went to UofH Car Meet last Friday, March 24, 2006.. There were a lot of Z's and G35's... so, Im calling all TLs in Houston/TX to have a car meet on April 8, 2006 @ Edwards Theater Parking Lot 9PM... We need to have a meeting/chat/chill and talk bout the next big meet in Houston... WE NEED TO REPRESENT OUR TLs guys... Let me know if the location and time is cool.... PM me!!

uh...now the kid is saying there is no fee. the kid was flamed for saying something like, "if you dont have 5 bucks..dont come at all, just stay home." somehow he came to his senses and regret what he said. i may go but the kid bugs the heck out of me.

^ Yeah that kid was a faggot that cant give clear answers. To avoid from whoring the thread I pmed him with my problems with him and his responses didn't even have to do with anything I was talking about. Only reason im still going is too talk to some of the people I havent seent in forever.

Every negative comment or if someone shared their opinion about his "oh so ever awsome meet" he gets all defensive. I dont know why he wanted everyone to pay him for meals. You have to have a food license to be selling cooked food in public, otherwise its "illegal."
I say fuck it and have our own meet nearby, on the other side of the parking lot with all the higher end cars lol

I don't think it was the intention of the originator of the U of H meet on HI.com to make people donate money or to "sell" food at their meet. Personally, I think having a BBQ is a bad idea in a dark parking lot like that because I think it's dangerous if there if it gets too crowded. It would have been a better idea if it was in a park somewhere during the day time.

Do yall want to try this UH meet for the last time and lets make our own meet next time? Well, we have a TLers meet this saturday from 5 to anytime..... this on 1960 between Jones rd and Perry Rd... Its a small parking lot which I think its enough for 20-30 cars but I doubt there is gonna be that many who will be attending so... were fine..

im in sugarland too. i go to school at UH so i dont mind driving there when i dont have class. also the UH meet isnt in downtown. its further away (south 45 towards galveston). the north meets are far...yes i agree.
