Its just the upper fender lip thats rubbing.. hmm, I can't just use an angle grinder or something and just shave some of it off? ..then probably go over it w/40grit so it isn't such a jagged edge?

NO STAGE PERFORMANCES
Celebrating Nor-Cal’s TRUE Auto Culture Community! Top crews, shops, and forums are collaborating to put this event together to gather all enthusiasts to come display their track cars, show queens, projects, and daily drivers. This is a FREE event and open to anyone/group with a mature & positive attitude and anyone/group that supports the DRIFT, GRIP, VIP, JDM, AWD, OLD SCHOOL and PERFORMANCE car communities. All makes and models welcome to join and participate.
Bring your BBQ and BEVERAGES! Canopy E-Z Up tents and folding chairs encouraged! Plenty of space chill and hang out. Folding tables and chairs are encouraged!
Would like to get everyone ready to roll out of the meet spot (to be determined) by 1030 AM to get adequate parking.

Damnit, sorry fellas.. I was rubbing "WAY" too much still.. I drove about 50miles on 80W and couldn't take it anymore, so I turned around. Seems I didn't raise it enough yesterday, I'm still rubbing pretty hard on dips. I'll be @ the Milpitas meet next week.. Kiran, I'll give you the loot then.. again, sorry! Post pics though! ^^,
