Ok, so I searched for a map of the ramadas inside South Mountain Park and came up empty. So the only other idea I have is to meet up at the TV Towers parking lot, simply because it's less popular than the Summit parking lot and has more open spaces. Basically you go through the main entrance and follow the road signs to the summit until you see a sign for the TV towers road and take a right at it. You can't miss the towers, you can see them from miles away.
These are the towers
Here are dictions I got off of google maps from the intersection of Central Ave (the entrance is on Central) and Baseline Road:

If we meet up there we can scope out the ramadas on the way up so if we get kicked out of the TV tower parking lot we can go down to a ramada and chill there instead.

Hi guys, I'm moving back to Oregon from TX and will be stopping by Tucson area for a night. I was hoping if my fellow TSXers in AZ would let me stay at your place overnight. I'm willing to pay for the stay as long as it is reasonable. I'm trying to save money avoiding the motels/hotels. Looking to be there some time next weekend. Thanks. How about meeting up around baseline/Central (or closer to the mountain if easier) and driving up to the towers as a group?

The one who says they will be there and doesn't show up...
I was outside washing my car and decided I just had to do the last minute engine detail and went a little hose happy.
Once I tried to start it it was stuttering and I didn't want to risk driving it an hour away from me in case I got stuck.
Very lame, I know.
It is of course fine now (after it dried off)...
I'll plan the next one to repent my sins. Please post the pictures so I can takea look, I was REALLY looking forward to going...
