As of right now it looks like swoosh (+1) and Fulani has a TL are coming over. I'm planning on starting the grill up at 5:30. Anyone else want to come over? It would be easier to call me on my cell as I'll be out washing/waxing the car. I'll try to check the email occasionally that I posted in a previous post.

ARGGGGGGHHHHHHH!
I got my car washed and went to turn off the water. The spicket is broken!!! I can't turn off the water outside and it is leaking like crazy. I've had to shut off the water to the whole house! I don't want to go to the hardware store till I'm done with the clay bar and wax. I just hope I can get all this done in the next 2.5 hours so I can get ready to grill. The house is going to be a mess. This sucks!

Hey Chris,
It's good to hear you guys are chillin' today at the dealership. I'm on the air until 3PM today at 101 the Fox. I mentioned our meet on the radio this afternoon. So hopefully, we will have some people coming by to check out the 28 cars that are registered. Tell George for me-I didn't tell him I would be talking up the meet on the radio, so I hope he'll get a kick out of that.
See you tomorrow.

Looks like I'm the first to have some up. Here's my contribution!

And it was GREAT to talk to all the folks that I was able to meet while there today. Jay Wolfe did a GREAT job as host! And congrats to all the winners!
Just sorry I couldn't stick around longer.
Tom
BTW - forgot to mention that I have higher res photos available if it's YOUR car. <g>
Had to balance what I can put up on Google with resolution.

Awesome meet today... you guys have some nice rides and have done some great work to them. Big thanks to everyone who made this happen, especially the guys at Jay Wolfe Acura.
I didn't edit the plates on the photos, so I appologize in advance for having your plates on the web. If it bothers you that they're up there, I can take it down or edit it out... but I don't think there are many on there. There's no particular order to these, and you should be able to click through and get the full size image if you want to copy them off the site. If not and you want the original, post on here and I can email them to you.

Meet Results
This was an awesome meet. Thanks to all those who showed up. There were a lot of people that we taking pictures so we should be getting a lot of posts in the next few days.
Here is the link to the post I put up in the 3G section with all the pictures: https://acurazine.com/forums/showthr...65#post2044665
We has a total of approximately 40 cars show up. We had several categories in which the cars we judged in which trophies and certificates were awarded. Best Performance Mods: Parth (paz840), 2005 NBP TL
Most Radical: Danial (Fulani Has A TL), 2006 NBP TL
The Certificate category winners are:
Participants Choice: Joseph, 2005 Honda Accord EX
Best Sound System: Devin - 2005 Red Honda Accord

OK...It's time for my pictures. To review, we signed up 28 cars, but had close to 40 cars show up for this first Kansas City meet. The weather was ABSOLUTEY PERFECT....about 70 and not a cloud in the sky.
All in all, we had one car from Omaha, one from Springfield, Mo., Lawrence Kansas, 4 from St. Louis (4 hours across the state of Missouri) and not one, but TWO NSX's show up. PLUS, the new 2009 TSX on display for all to see.
Many, many thanks to Jay Wolfe Acura for sponsoring this event. They provided lunch (hamburgers, brats and hotdogs), chips and drinks. Plus, all owners got an Acura hat, free oil change coupons and discount coupons for service at their dealership. Plus trophies for 3 top categories (see Buda's post #381).
Guys getting their cars ready for the meet.
The dealership owners 2005 NSX.
The new 2009 NSX on display.
All the way in from Omaha.
Everyone enjoying lunch compliments of Jay Wolfe Acura.
Jay Wolfe employees cooking up the goodies.
The 2nd NSX with....
....with a Carbon Fiber rear spoiler !!
Beauty shot !!!
Part of the 40 in the meet...
...and even more of the 40.
Some of the judging going on.
Some of the winners.

Sure they would!! Go into the Service Dept. and talk to Chris or Wayne...they are both great and I'm sure they'll remember you from the meet.
