We will be asking for 1(or more) non-perishable food item per person as they enter the lot. If you forget to bring an item or prefer not to, we will collect a $1 donation on your way into the lot. All the donations collected from admission, food sales and the 50/50 raffle are going to be donated to Martha’s Table

this will be my first meet, but you guys can count me.

Damn, I remember this meet from last year. That drive from Westfield to UMCP was crazy despite all the 2ways we had. It was a blast though. It's worth going to just for all the different cars represented at this meet.

Its a pretty huge lot though. even the farthest parking lots?

No worries, I have a backup premeet spot - the carpool waiting area/weigh station where 95 intersects 495.

I just think ikea would be a litle easier and I may grab a bite to eat there.

I'm in! I had a lot of fun last year and this one should be the same. No doubt about it

 

I cant wait til the meet so that all of us in the tl's will be rollin up there so fresh and clean all together. I wanna make sure that we get a definate pre-meet spot cause this is my first time.

 

This will be my first meet with Acurazine, but if we have a pre-meet with directions i'm in.

it would be awesome for us Acurazine guys to Pre-meet.... then head to CP.

 

I deff think we need a pre meet spot. So we can all roll in @ one time!

 

Im in definetly now, and i should have my 20''s by then.

 

I'm not maryland savy so I don't know of any good pre-meet spots. Just remember the following on the way to UMCP.

1. Less lights as possible.
2. Easy major road access.
3. minimize left turns.

I'll leave it up to you Marylanders to find the best spot.

 

Well from what I can see from locations close to me, and meeters from last year, M-King/LeeDog you guys have the organization skills down so do we have a consinces that we are all going to meet in the Ikea parking lot, westfeild shopping center lot, or 495/95 kiss and ride lot. this meet is getting closer and closer which is it going to be. should we add a poll to this to finalize things.

 

Not sure about westfeild, but this week on my way back from work, I'll check out the drive from the carpool area & the ikea to the meet spot, with the above in mind

Ok Lets do the premeet at the carpool area. Looks like a direct shot back onto 495E and then the first exit (onto 1 south) down to CP.

Lets aim for a 10:45am premeet, departure at 11am (no later than 11:15!!) I want a good (and enough) spots together @ the meet.

 

Ok so what time does this start and when is it over are you guys planning on staying all day I believe last year we met up much later maybe 1 or 2pm i memory serves me right...
