OK here's an idea. I'm sure I could make it happen if the space is still open.
I've got a sister that lives in the middle of Ballston-Clarendon-Courthouse area of Arlington in one of the new residential hi-rises. The whole top floor of the building is a party suite with a kitchen, pool table, dining room, that would seat 14+, living room, and all the other ameneties like audio and tv. It also has an awesome view of DC and all the monuments.
I don't think it cost anything to rent and even if it did we could probably get a break on the price. The property manager of the building is also a good friend of ours. She already lets me park in the building during the week for free even though I don't live there. I work right across the street.
Being right in the middle of Arlington also makes it within walking distance of dozens of bars, restraunts, clubs etc. The area is quickly becoming the Georgetown on the VA side of the river. It's also literally right on top of the Metro which runs till like 2AM on weekends.
Thoughts?? I could get some photos of the space and post em up here if you'd like.
Only thing though is we would have to stock it with whatever necessaties we'd want. Minor detail.

I'll start calling my sister tomorrow. Even though I'm right across the street it sometimes takes a few days for us to get together. She's a nurse and works some crazy shifts.
