Really, the exact date doesn't really matter to me...as long as a know a month or two ahead of time so I can plan it out with my friend.
So because of that I'm not going to suggest a date. Whatever works for everyone else is fine.
The only thing I would be worried about is the weather since it's January.

there's a D&B in Philly...on Delaware ave...or we always could do something simple like a bowling alley of some sort...or a red robin...unless it's gonna be like, an all night event..
