Ok guys.....i recently came from my friends prelude meet and something about these meets makes us really appreciate our cars and quite frankly im sick of seeing people complain about rattles and paint problems.....but im also hoping that this will bring us together better and give us a chance to show off our cars and perhaps if we get a big enough showing that maybe we can get a banner picture to put on this page..... as for the date of this meet...it probably wont be on NEW YEARS day cus im sure many people will be busy...so my planned date is somewhere on early january 5th or 6th....perhaps a cruise to a local park where we can have a BBQ or chill at a restaurante like IN-N-OUT....it this works out pretty good....we can have like a pot luck or something....if you guys dont wanna do it then its cool...but just my idea and i willing to lead it up.....

A really nice meet could have some kind of exhibition. Maybe a comptech rep or something with a nice comptech show car or something. A cruise would be cool. Need some entertainment other than just looking around and standing around.

to be honest...you'll be surprise how standing around can actually be fun....my friend prelude meet people did that....and they been doing it ever since....believe me it could work out good if we had like 20-30 heads, if we had a comptech rep they will only come if we have minium 50-100 heads...but let me see what i can do....REMEMBER IF YOUR IN>>PLEASE SIGN THE LIST!!!

ok as for the date my set goal is saturday january 5th 2002....i will see what companies i can get to come out and support it....i will get a hold of comptech but i dont know how its gonnna work out....the meet will probably be held in the city of fullerton/brea....reason being is there is a nice park that we can park our cars at...and after ward there is a nice cruise route we can take our cars thru i suggest meeting time will be noon for lunch...take pics intro ourselves and then cruise the streets....hopefully some one might have a video camera to take some nice clip of our meet and we can upload it so people can download it to see what they missed....plus my friend is throwing another prelude meet same time..... so perhaps we can get it together and have a big meet.....i also have friends with bmw crew...so it can be a tri meet if we dont have enough heads.....i personally met most of these people from the prelude boards and bmw boards and they are really friendly....they even have sponsored cars that we can awe too and bow down too.....well hope this insipres you guys enough to sign up....

there's a couple CL guys meeting up in Irvine...spectrum..
they r thinking of giving optino to install shock sensors...navi decoders..etc..

set an exact date...and don't give ppl date choices...that way we know who can make it and who can't..

I'm in. But you might want to coordinate with the CL guys. They posted a note in our forum about the meet. 12/15 at Irvine Specturm and they will be cruising to Tustin Marketplace to eat after. Possible activities were what City001 said. We could havea huge meet if we can coordinate with them. That would be nice!

i took the liberity to add those sn in that said they were in but didnt sign the list....edit accordingly...also the meet will be on the 5th of january....as for meeting place it is tenitive at Craig Regional park in the city of Brea/Fullerton on State College right off the 57 freeway.. the time is set to be at 2 oclock....hows that for everyone so heres the agenda....

2:00 pm meet up and chill at PARK talk about cars and BBQ finish up at around 4:00 pm
then we can take a cruise down Brea Cayon Rd. (great road for crusin and pics lots of twist and turns no cops to harrass us...and then by 5 or 6 it should be dark enough for us to flood the streets with our xenons and for our members with 6000k bulbs to prove if its worth the money....im open to all ideas...so please...bring me up to date with the cl guys.....if you want i can get a multi meeting with the prelude people.....they are really down to earth and have alot to offer....

haha that's so cool, for once a meet that's actually close to where i live. my mom lives in diamond bar so it's just one city over. you guys can all come over and check out my family of acuras. my mom's got a 2000 TL, one sister's got a 94 legend, and the other has a 2002 RSX. can't wait to see members from down south.

OK GUYS....IM THANKFUL THAT MANY OF YOU GUYS ARE COMMING BUT PLEASE SIGN THE LIST SO I KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE ACTUALLY GOING TO GO>>>I CANT SET UP A EXACT PLACE TO MEET UNLESS I HAVE AN IDEA OF HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL GO>>>I ALSO HAVE A FRIEND WHO IS WILLING TO VDO TAPE IT AND EDIT IT SO IT LOOK PROFESSIONAL....ALSO since this is a BBQ that mean we gonna need supplies like food and stuff...so when we get closer to the meet date i will starting adding to the list of who can bring what so that way food will be free and this meet can function correctly...any one have any more suggestions? at this point if we have 30 or less cars imma suggest we meet and a near by church that has a huge parking lot , perhaps we can park there and take pics and then those who wants to drive into the park itself can pay i think it only a few bucks but i'll talk with the people can say we having a large and maybe be able to pull us some discount rates...or something of that sort....ok well toss some ideas back i would appreciate it...also WOULD ANYONE LIKE TO HELP IN ORGANIZING THIS MEET?
