i'm still working the situation out, so i'll let you all know soon...

as for helping out, i think we should skip the bbq since someone might have to lug the pit around everywhere, problems possibly with not enough food, the weather, etc...instead, let's go somewhere to eat. we can still meet at the park first since it's roomier for all of the cars that might show up; the hat might be limited. plus we can hang out for a bit, talk to each other, take some pix and work out the agenda for the day.

I agree, the park is a nice venue to meet up at first. We should bbq if someone with the equipment and skillz could volunteer. In the likely absence of such a person, we can head to a local restaurant afterwards. The Hat is really close by, so is Islands, BJ's, TGIF and other stuff too. I'd prefer not to bring our own food and tailgate in the Hat parking lot cause they might get mad at us.

I went on line, and believe it or not, I couldn't find the address for Craig Park... but it's REAL easy to get there... I used to work at the Brea Mall which is right across the street from it (BUT Craig Park sets right on the border of Fullerton and Brea, I'm NOT sure which one it's on).

Get to the 57 freeway... and exit at Imperial Hwy. Go West (so if you're coming down on the south bound, it's a right turn when you exit, if you're going up on the north bound, it's a left turn). Turn LEFT on State College, and it's just about... oh, I'd say 100 to 200 yards (give or take) on the left side. You can't miss it. You can go to Yahoo's map page, and enter the cross streets for State College and Imperial Highway in the city of Brea, and it'll pull the location. Zoom in, and you'll see it.

There's supposed to be a CL meet that same day, and we're supposed to caravan over to the Auto Show in LA... but the CL's are mainly crusing over to see the unveiling of the six-speed MT for the '03 CL-S.

I dunno... but what do you think we make this a joint meet???
