How did those tires work out for your Type S?

Have the same set up on my Type S. Went with the Michelins and love them so far. Only thing I can complain about is softer sidewall than stock Pirellis and find the car leans a bit more in high speed turns. Overall, pretty great tire!

i guess people who swap factory rims had plenty of life on original tires? Did you sell them? I wonder if selling oem tyres is realistic... given a niche size.

I’ve done this quite a bit, as OEM tires are usually not the best and I’m picky. The Pirelli all seasons on my Type S were terrible (IMO), so I ditched them for Continental DWS06+, was a huge improvement.

I sold the OEM tires via Craigslist.
