SSR type F wheels installed

I installed my wheels today. I think they look better than I expected and better in person than pics. So far it looks like I wont have to roll the fenders. Wheels are 18x8.5 52mm offset. Tires are 235/45 Hankook Ventus RS2.

The lugs got me more excited then the wheels.
Those should be on a four banger, not your cl, IMO.
It does feel good doing a wheel swap now and then.
Did you feel any difference performance wise with the new wheels?

I like them and I think they look fine. With the 52mm offset, you should have to do any rolling.

If you dont like em i must be doing something right Yes I can feel the difference, they are 8 lbs lighter per wheel.

Are you referring to the red dot painted on the sidewall that comes off?

Yeah, probably would be a bad thing if he approved the wheels you had on your car... Plus at least these wheels will see some performance improvements.

These look okay, but why not source some Type-C's they look pretty good on a CL

I actually was trying to decide between the type f and type c's. I could have gotten either for under 300 per wheel. I thought the type F would fit the car better. I am happy with it, not really concerned if others dont like but keep the comments coming.

Where are you sourcing the Type-C's for under 300? I'm trying to source some 17 X 8/8.5

It was tirerack. They had both type F and Type C on sale for 46% clearance off in December. When I called in December they were down to their last few sets. They arent listed online anymore so probably moved them all but you can always call and see. Every other place Ive looked for my wheels was 500 or more per wheel so geting them new from tirerack for 289 per wheel was a great deal imo. Bought the tires on clearance also for 89 per. I think its the best wheels i could have gotten for the price new considering I set my limit at 300 per wheel.

I almost ordered those wheels awhile ago but I wasn't sure if they would clear the BBK, and thats alot of money to drop on something that may or may not fit.
