Clicking driver seat noise

Need some advices here. The back of driver seat, most of the time when driving, going over bumps, me moving around, or even accelerating, the chair is making a clicking sound. Took the car to the dealer 4 times, with lumbar support replaced, to frame and everything beside the leather, per dealer tech. Within a week, the noise came back. But each time I brought back, they always said there is no noise. I had to sit in the chair with a tech, rocking my back against the seat to mimic the movement, and they can hear it. After the 4th time, the manager went on a drive with me, and said the tech described me rocking to seat like a maniac to reproduced the noise. I did not. And of course when the manager with me, I couldn't duplicated it. But since then, the seat are making noises all the time now. They are sort of refusing to continue to work with me since nothing else can be done.

I've contacted acura client, and was able to recorded a few video clips of the sound. Beside waiting for them to gather info from the dealership, what else can be done?
