I own a 1997 3.0CL. There seems to be a noise in my drivers seat. Everytime i am sitting in the seat and i take off and hit the gas, the seat makes this sqeeking or rubbing sound underneath the seat. Any ideas?? It is driving me nuts!! Thanks!!

 

Mine makes this loud ass creaking noise when I sit or move around. I what the deal is wth it, but it is annoying.

 

Could it be the tracts being loose?? It is annoying! I don't want to go to the dealer bacause knowing them they will tell me i need a new damn seat. Do you know of any place on the site that someone might have a clue as to what it is??

 

I found this thread, so it all most sounds kinda common. My is a loud creak like these guys talk about creaking seat I guess take the seat off and tighten everything down.

 

It seems like alot of people are having the exact same problem. The only problem is that none really knows EXACTLY what the problem is. I guess its just trial and error. If you find any more info please r.s.v.p. Thanks!
