AWD failure

This can't be good! Only 12600 miles, and only 2000 by me. Thankfully CPO. But I'm not happy!

Hopefully something simple. Let us know what the dealer finds.

Hopefully the dealer resolves it for you.

On a side note... I feel like these modern gauge clusters should display the actual DTCs and not just the generic 'AWD problem' message. No reason to go through the extra step of plugging in an OBDII reader when modern screens have plenty of capability to display alphanumeric codes.

But that would mean that we don't pay the $175 per hour for diagnostics.

Ironically you can buy a code scanner that does almost everything HDS does for less than $175

I had this issue July/August 2021 on my Type-S. It was a faulty sensor that took 30 minutes to diagnose and replace. Hopefully that is the issue. I was around 3k miles. Let us know.

Thank you!! Fingers crossed. Hopefully it's the same thing. This all happened hours before the big storm we had in the northeast. And with another coming it may be a while before I make the appointment - have not driven the car since, 3 days. As soon as I bring it in I will share.

Not sure if it's the same issue OP's having, but there's a TSB for those solenoid failures. At least it looks to be an easy repair.
