2021's were north of $45K in that trim level, new ones this year north of $50K. You're not being too picky at all. This is not a Sentra or a Corolla. Take it in! Let us know what happens.

A silly question, it would appear that it's flexible upon palpation?
Just throwing this out as a possible remedy:
I was thinking if the dealership 'hem & haws' at its significance, one could perhaps use a fine gauge needled syringe filled with a diluted adhesive to puncture / inject than use a weighted object to apply pressure in keeping the area down while drying?

Good Luck!

Too picky...no way.

That's unacceptable and the dealer should replace that piece under warranty.

Years ago I did what @zeta suggested (syringe) on a Porsche dash. I used a product made by Loctite, "Loctite Flexible Adhesive Vinyl, Fabric and Plastic." It's available at Home Depot.. There are other adhesive that would likely work well but you want something that remains flexible under widely swinging temperatures. .

Hey,dealership replaced dashboard, but it took few weeks to get approval from acura, matter of fact while waiting got inpatient and got sum tear mender leather glue and fine guage needle/syringe and injected in bubbled area, worked great,so much so that when they called me to replace I almost didn't, in the end got new dash but if it happens again I'll be using the glue.

Glad to hear that the injection worked too for others past the warranty period. Did you inject it from the stitching or did you just inject it in the center of the bubble? Curious if you were able to see the hole left by the needle?

Also went and got windshield ceramic tinted to try and help protect the new dashboard, since the sun here in Florida can be brutal.

One of the best investment's I've made:
https://www.covercraft.com/product/u...m-sunscreen/UV

Was about $50 when I got it a while back from amazon for my 4G TL; they LAST, oldest one is about 8 yrs.

I have one for all my cars since they fit well and are durable. Def. makes it getting tolerable into the car after a 100F day vs without it.

No wonder not visible, 27 gauge needle is 0.01625 outside diameter!
