Pretty easy install save for the one cracked mirror. 50/50 on odds of breaking one . Tip: pull the mirror down from the top and get your fingers as far in as you can to leverage the most surface area as you can.
The Puddle light replacements are from a '23 Honda pilot and were on backorder for two months. The cracked mirror I just ordered last night is on backorder as well so we shall see how long I have to wait and will have to drive around with the cracked one until then.

The sequential lights are from the last model civic and picked them up off ebay. Chose the black/smoked ones to blend in with the mirror.

I honestly didn't know I had puddle lights untill seeing Honda mobile mechanics video on replacing them. Used to the door puddle lights on the MDX and the RDX. Hopefully the new ones will last.

They are a direct fit replacement for the stock ones in our mirrors. The first photo is the old TLX OEM stuff on the right and the new civic sequential lights and pilot puddle lights on the left
