Lambda 2.1 coming Wed!

Hey all! so the Lambda 2.0 tune, HKS Cold plugs, 1.5 gallons of e85 per tank of 93 octane, and full exhaust has been wicked so far! The tune is super clean and butter smooth! But now 2.1 is coming in a few days and I can't wait! Also the Function Werks downpipe and secondary high flow cat (replacing the straight pipe) will add some more OOMPH coming out the back end I'm sure.

Keep you posted!

Any Dragy times? So far the latest flash revision seems promising.

I do not. I posted something a while back as to why I don’t. There are screenshots on their website of both Dyno and time slip numbers.

For me, it’s just more “seat of the pants” and how much I enjoy the car, or how much more I enjoy the car lol i’ve tracked it, I’ve commuted with it, that’s all that really matters to me.

Well, the lambda 2.1 tune is pretty freaking cool. It’s funny that it almost feels slower than the 2.0 tune… Because the shifts are so smooth and crisp! It doesn’t have that “violence of action” that you sort of got before when it hit that point that the boost kicks in. Now everything is butter, smooth and actually has more power above 4000 RPM.

If you go to their website, you can see all the updates to the new version, but it’s basically trying to create an OEM plus feel. And it sure does. It feels basically stock but a whole heck of a lot faster! 80 hp and 125 pounds of torque!

it’s designed to run on some ethanol auto cut off and VCM. Heck, just go check for yourself!

but phenomenal job!

I saw a video yesterday of someone running real time draggy numbers with a lambda tuned type S, 12.1 second quarter mile at 113 miles an hour. I think it was?

so with the additional modifications that I have, lighter weight, I’m hoping for the 11s!

keep you posted!!
