2020 TLX Base model

Trunk and Fuel door open spontaneously, I close them and then they won't open using fob and interior buttons. Then last night the car alarm went off for no reason.

Does anyone know what circuit, chips, board, or wiring would have these three things in common. I suspect it's something inside the driver's side door.

I'd like to have some idea before I bring it in for repairs.
