Hi I am about to lease a 2021 TLX A-Spec

But before I do, I would like to know if anyone has mounted their radar on the rearview mirror and if it was possible to power it from the rearview mirror power supply??

Checkout Blendmount.com. They have radar brackets that attach to the stem of the rearview mirror. According to their website, the 2021 TLX mirror stem is compatible with their bracket. They all sell a kit that lets you hardwire the unit into the auto dimming rearview mirror plug.

I ordered ny Blendmount for my 2021 TLX A-Spec, the wire, and now want to hardwire the radar detector. First, has anyone else done this before on 2021 TLX and if so so you have a pic or video tutorial? Lol. How do you get the rearview housing off too?
