Winter Floor Mats

Hi all,

For those of you that live in snowy climates, which rubber floor mats are you using? I have the OEM Type S mats, but the coverage is pretty bad for the winter months. I've owned WeatherTechs in the past, and I am not that impressed with them.

Thanks all!

Look up TuxMats. They probably have the best coverage out of anyone. I wish I had got them for my RDX.

I have had no issues with the OEM Type S all season rubber mats but I do understand they lack any lip which isn’t ideal for some.

I only use the Type S/Acura mats...they are more than adequate here in Cleveland and just look better. HATE the look of weathertech!!

I recently got a set of TuxMats for my Q5. Coverage is the best out of the all-weather mats I've had (Audi, Volvo, Acura, Weather Tech). I like the way they look. It took a couple of months before the Q5 TuxMat cargo mat was back in stock.

Thanks, guys. I may just give the rubber Type S OEM mats I have a shot at first. However, should I opt for more coverage, Tuxmats it is!

Really the only issue I have had with Honda/Acura AW mats is just under the dead pedal since the mat stops right there. Any snow melt off the left foot just runs down to the bottom onto the carpet. I just end up having to do a quick extraction in that area every spring.
