While driving my 21 type s the other day my time on the clock on my infotainment screen suddenly changed. It was an hour off than it actually was. Then I noticed the icon of a satellite popped up on the upper right side of the screen. Now the factory navigation can’t navigate because has lost its connection to the satellite.
Had this happen to me before with my '21 Type S as well. I believe unplugging the battery fixed it, but there might be another option of rebooting the system or troubleshooting using the service menu:
Thanks for the Honda Jon you tube video. I tried that route but I couldn’t resolve the issue. I then did disconnect the battery and then reconnected it and that worked. The clock corrected the time, the satellite icon went away and the factory navigation system knew its location. Just curious as to what caused this to happen and hope it doesn’t happen again. Thanks for your help
