Engine Air Filter

What engine air filter do you guys use? Stock Acura/Honda or do you use aftermarket like the STP brand from Autozone?

If in warranty, I prefer to use an OEM oil filter and engine air filter. Neither are particulalrly expensive. I realize it probably doesn’t matter but many years ago I had a Honda dealer make a note on a work order that the vehicle was equipped with an aftermarket filter (a well known brand name). One less battle to fight should there be an issue.

For the cabin air filter, I typically get a Fram

People will sing their praises or tell you they will destroy your car. Ive used them in every one of my many many cars and motorcycles for over 20 years. Never an issue putting well over 100k on each of those vehicles with the filter.

WIX, or Purolator Pure One for oil. WIX is made in USA and lots of independent tests shows they're built just a little better.
