Adjusting the hood bumpers has been around since at least the '60, if not earlier, on most cars. If you adjust them, you often need to adjust the latch a bit too.

to me; the fender looks like an easy fix...if you want to try to align it...the fender is held in by three or four bolts under the hood. dont completely remove the bolts but just loosen them and then you can move the fender in. then re-tighten the bolts down.

It seems like things like this can/should be done by the dealer prior to delivery. We have a great dealer that we've been using for years. When we took delivery of our A Spec Integra last year it was as perfectly put-together as a modern car could be. Panels straight, no unusual gaps, paint quality was exceptional (Performance Red). Same for the interior. I'm wondering if the dealer didn't just do an exceptional job of preparing the car for delivery. (Or maybe it just came from Marysville like that).
