Help with coil overs

i found these on my local craigslist. https://chicago.craigslist.org/nwc/p...679502351.html

Seems like a great price. They are almost $2k brand new and it says they are compatible with the 2018 3.5l , fwd tlx’s. The listing says they are like new. Is there any reason why I shouldn’t buy these? I am new to the suspension things on these cars so is there anything in particular I should look for if I do buy them? Basically I am looking for someone to tell me this is a great deal, they look good, and I should buy them.

If they retail for $2k, and this guy is selling for $250, I would think something is up. Especially if they're considered "slightly used"

I agree. Unfortunately I don’t know much about them. He said they were on the car when he bought it and went back to stock.

if you answered no to any of those questions; then the obvious answer is to pass up the coils.

They look rusted.... possibly from the salt/snow (since it's the Chicago area). Not sure if it'll affect anything later on.

Thank you both for your replies. I agree in that they look old. I am going to pass on them and buy them new when I am ready.
