Cost to install lowering springs?

I like working on cars but this is way above my capabilities. Was wondering how much it costs members here to get their springs installed. Called a local acura specialist and he quoted me 392+ tax for installation alone and 90 bucks for alignment. Does it seem steep or just about right? Thoughts, recommendations and comments are appreciated.

Considering it took me 8 hours, a mechanic could do it in probably 4-6 hours (maybe less) so his labor charge sounds reasonable to me.

That's a fair price. I paid $380 for my spring installed at a local shop plus $100 for alignment at my local acura.

Does this modification alter the warranty?

As a frame of reference, we usually take about 4.5/5 hours to do springs. It actually takes a little more time than coilovers since we have to swap the springs over to the shocks and assemble them.

Sounds like a good deal to me too. 80-90 is what Ive paid for mine to get aligned before and 400 bucks to swap out springs is almost worth me not doing it next time.

That's expensive. Acurazine vendor Heeltoe charges $230 for spring install
