Couldn't figure how to replace w/s wiper refills on 2018 TLX apec. Dealer showed me how-its simple and no tools. Take the wiper blade assembly off the "J" hook. Turn it over and firmly grasp the rubber insert about 1/2 inch from end and yank it out of the blade assembly Reinsert in opposite way feeding the new insert through the opening where the old insert came out. Compress the new insert beyond the insertion opening and tuck the end in.

I've been needing to do this for a while... I hate how expensive wipers can be, I mean you can buy a much more complicated thing like a calculator for a dollar, at a dollar store - so I don't understand why they charge so much for something so simple as a wiper. I guess the "refill" will save some money over buying the wiper assembly (which seems to be what most do?)
