Will this void my warranty?

I recently installed my aftermarket foglight. There was an issue with the brakes after installation. When I bring my car to the dealer for a checkup, will they blame the foglights for the problem/void the warranty, even if I remove the wiring and leave the lights on the lower grills itself?

as long as you didn't mess with the brake system there shouldn't be an issue. This falls under the "Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act" and it pretty much states that your warranty cannot be voided for unrelated things. You replace a light bulb and the a/c stops working.... both are not really related. But if you change the fog light bulb and then notice your fog light switch isn't working properly, then they can say your mods caused the issue and not cover it.

Did you disconnect any wiring while doing the fog lights? Damage a wheel speed sensor with a jack?

At the moment when we notice the difference in the brakes, we did not use any jacks and the only thing that was tinkered under the hood was the battery.

Update? How did it go?

Side note, did you check your ground wire? Not sure if that could be related, but that's the only thing that seems even remotely possible.
