white gunk around the camera edge

Has anyone notice their backup camera has a white cloudy, gunky like formed just inside the camera housing? Mine is formed around the lens of the camera. I don't know what that is, if it moisture leak in or not.

Yes I have noticed it on mine, as well as other TLXs. First time I saw it, I thought its was soap suds left behind after I washed the car.

Yes, that's a good way to describe it lol. I guess it is "normal"?

I'm sure they will swap out the old lens for a new one if you asked. This time last year my lens was still almost all black. I figure by the spring time comes around it should be all gray lol

So I took in the car for the vibration/rattle at idle, which is the main reason, and the second was the camera gunk. And of course they can't find any problem with the vibration during idle, which happened once the rpm is around 600. Other than that, they said they've updated the camera software, and replaced a new camera.
