Anyone have any issue with the vent not closing on your TLX?

I smell quite a bit of fumes when I am following a truck. I have the vent closed for recirculate. I did not have this issue on my previous TSXs.

Just wondering if anyone had this issue. Maybe they forgot to connect something at the factory? In any case, I put it on my list for my next dealer visit.

 

Can't say I've noticed that problem, Steve. I've had recirc on with scenarios ranging from a dead skunk to a diesel bus, and haven't smelled anything. Definitely get that checked out.

I will have to pay closer attention... I drove past a water treatment facility and thought I could still smell it even with the recirculate mode activated. I never had a problem driving past the same facility in my TSX.

 

I know this is an old thread, but I am having the same issue. Did you get it resolved?
