Pulsating engine rev noise on high RPM's
I have a 2019 TLX and i don't think i noticed this before. but after i took the car back from Oil change from the dealer, i started noticing this pulsating engine reving noise at higher RPM's around 40 mph or higher. My car only has around 33,000 miles on it. It's hard to believe there is something wrong with the engine at this lower mileage. What do you think is wrong ?? or is this normal ? Thank you in advance

^ this. Also, the experts at the dealer may have checked your air filter (to sell you a new one).
In doing so, they may have dislodged some vacuum tubes or not properly closed the air filter housing. Check everything under the hood to make sure there are no vacuum or other air leaks around sensors.

Also if they did make a mistake and didn't close the vacuum tubes, can that cause permanent damage to the car ? I am taking it back in next thursday.

Yes they did check the air filter and replaced the cabin filter. Also in addition to that problem,, i also got a cracking noise when i turned the steering wheel coming out of the park to reverse. It happened twice so far, now i can't duplicate it. This sounds like something Major is wrong. Also when i first start the car and going up slight incline in the parking garage, engine hulks and jerks,, but then it goes away.... What is wrong with this car ? Car only has 33,000 miles on it. Is this a Lemon ?

The steering wheel noise is probably not linked to this issue.
What do you think could be causing the steering wheel issue ? it was pretty scary,, like cracking noise when i was truning the wheel. this shoudn't be happening to car with 33,000 miles on it
