Noise coming from Pulley/Belt area?

I started getting this strange noise whenever I driven the car for some time, so im assuming only when the car is hot. Its coming from the pulley/belt area. You kind of have to listen closely to hear it, because im not talking about the fast ticking noise lol. Im just looking for opinions of what you guys think. My car has 40k miles. Click on the link, its about 5 seconds long.

Sure sounds like something is hitting somewhere. Maybe when hot the tolerance somewhere is slightly off.

sounds like a belt is hitting something.

easiest way to trouble shoot is to take off the serpentine belt... if noise ceases, you have your answer

Check the service bulletins for the one talking about timing belt chirp. They install a spacer on the timing wheel. Some were assembled without. This corrected it for me. Also, it could be the fuel pump and that also is covered in a bulletin. I have had both noises and done both.
