New transmission problem at 4000 miles

Got my 2.4 in late March and dealer assured me it had all the latest updates. Car drove beautifully, without any of the transmission issues that have plagued so many of you on this board. Then over the last week I've noticed a new problem. I do a lot of city driving, and whenever I'm going about 25 mph (which is most of the time in NYC) and am at about 1100 RPM, car feels like it's just about to stall--and it mildly stutters a bit getting into next gear when I accelerate. This only happens at when I'm cruising for a while at this speed, and not when I'm accelerating from 0-50. I usually use SPORT mode, and thought this might be a problem, but it happens in other modes as well (except for SPORT +, when I have more control over shifting the gears).
Any thoughts on what steps I should take?
thanks

Contact dealer. If that doesn't work call Acura Customer Relations and post on NHTSA.gov. If nothing resolves to your satisfaction, contact a lawyer to pursue your state's lemon law. I am sure you can search and learn what others in your situation have done.

Best of luck.

I am still going strong at 14,800 miles.
