If the battery is bad, while driving the car, will the car cut off? 2016 tlx
2016 TLX
I was driving, the car started shuddering, the car decelerated, I pulled over in the emergency lane, the many warning light on the dash started strobing, the car shut off. The car would not start and a tow was required. Less than 36K miles. Does this sound like a problem caused by a battery with a bad cell?

Summer is Coming
If you search in this sub-forum you will find people that have had this issue. It is usually traced to a faulty wheel speed sensor. Another potential is debris in the shifter buttons on the center console.

Thank you for responding! Debris was the diagnosis the first time it happened in January, but the car didn't fall dead. When it happened a couple of days ago, I had different warning lights, the car died on the expressway & a dead battery diagnosis. I will call the dealership on Monday.
