Hello, can someone tell me the location of the rotation relay on tlx19, or maybe someone has an electrician.schemes?! The left turn went berserk (blinking rapidly), the right one works fine, the emergency light on both sides is also fine. All the light bulbs are intact, the mask is also everywhere.

no way it's the relay, it's one of the turn signal bulbs which are dual filament and one of them failed. Take out the bulbs and closely examine them on the left side (front and rear)
