Coolant drain/flush

Anyone know if 1 gal is enough to drain and fill? Or should I get 2 gals and do a flush? Car is at 75,000 miles, 4 cyl. TIA!

also don't remove the little white petcock to drain the fluid, only loosen and let it slowly drain otherwise you'll have a mess. Don't forget to burp the cooling system with the heat on MAX.

Thank you both! I bought the spill proof kit, that should take care of the burping =)
