Buzz noise from B pilar

Its been a week as I enjoy my new TLX V6 Tech. 300 miles on odometer. Transmission shift smooth. Mostly drive in normal mode. Today I had to drop my TLX at the dealership to fix a annoying buzz noise coming from a B-pilar on a driver side, right next to my left ear. Car is super quiet and this buzz noise made me feel like a mosquito is right next to me. Technician acknowledged a buzz noise after a short test drive. He removed the seatbelt mount from the B-pilar and it did not fix the issue. Had to leave the car for next few days at the dealership and drove ILX loaner home. Tech promised to work on it and hopefully fix it by Tuesday end of the day. Does anybody have a similar problem? Any suggestions? I already miss my TLX.

I think I may have a similar issue, although I am almost always blasting music which negates the problem. I'll keep an ear out for it though - for me, it sounded similar to the noise you described - almost as if the window were loose or something.

Do you have the seat heater/cooler on? I noticed that type of noise too and turned off my auto seat cooler. It went away. It could just be the fan noise. With the music on, I don't hear it.

It's the fan from ventilated seats. I have same buzzing noise and I thought that back door window is not properly closed. When I checked while stopped was still doing and I found out when I stopped the seat ventilation the noise stopped . Next to the head rest it's like a small fan or a small opening for ventilation

I almost never use the heated seats and don't have ventilated seats so I know it's not related to that..

Natan, did you diagnose the problem yet?

Yes. Dealer fixed the problem. My service ticket says:"
377 found creek in the body, by the driver seat belt retractor. Adjusted driver seat belt retractor and test drove vehicle."
I do not hear that buzz noise anymore. Car is super quiet.

Oooh congrats - I will avoid the audio for my the next day or two and see if my similar problem resurfaces... if it does, I'll suggest the dealer to look into the same fix. Thanks.

I had annoying creek by top of both front doors. I isolated it to right by headliner. I checked the weather stripping after opening doors. They looked loose and there is foam underneath. I pushed them up and squeezed the rubber tight to compress the foam and noise seems gone.
