4 cylinders chirping noises

Hey guys, I know there is a TSB for the chirping noises but that's only applied to the v6 model. Mine starting to chirp last week. Anyone with a 4 cylinders having the same issue and any fix from the dealership?

Mine started it last week and it is always there. But with my luck, it will stop and run smoothly when I bring it to the dealership lol. I did got a video clip out of it. Could not capture the greatest sound but I sure hope it is something they will look into.

I don't know. I normally start my car remotely in the morning, and by the time I got to the car, I already heard it. I'll check it out tomorrow morning.

well mine has been quiet the past few days knowing I will be taking it to the dealership. I was able to get it back again by turning on the AC, but not as loud as before. But this is when AC is on, so I don't know if that's the same issue or not.

Just like I said with my luck, the noise and any other problems will stop and disappear when the car is at the dealership hahaha. Well, I dropped off my car last Thursday for the chirping and couple other issues. My service adviser said the tech could not duplicate the chirping noise at all. Luckily I was able to captured it on a short video clip and sent it to them. Now I just gotta see if they willing to admit there is a noise or "can't hear" that chirping in the video. I'll see if they going to call me for an update later today.

Well, got the car back yesterday. Tech said they're tried "everything" and they could not get the chirp to come on. For some reasons, my service adviser didn't get my video clip, so showed him in person and he admit he could hear the chirp and mentioned that the sound is the exact same one as the v6 make, but not sure why only the v6 get the TSB to replace the fuel pump and not the 4 cyl model. Sent him the video and he said he'll report that to his supervisor and go from there. And with my luck, as soon as I got home from the dealership, the damn chirping noise came back and louder than before, and pretty much going on all night whenever I drive. I was able to record it and sent him a few clips. We'll see what they going to think about it.

update - for those that have 4cyl and got this chirping noise (that couldn't or have not get fix yet), your local dealer will* replace the pump under TSB 16-008. Mine did gave me a hard time because that TSB was for v6 model only, but after i submitted several video clips that clearly showed the noise, they agreed to performed the TSB. My service adviser think they will eventually release the same TSB for 4 cyl model as more and more owners are coming in with the same problem.

After 2 months getting that fixed, it was all quiet until last night that the noise came back. Just texted my service adviser and will see what he gonna do next =(

Would that noise be causing any issues in the future? If it not, I might just leave it alone then?
