2016 TLX / VCM vibration

I have a 2016 TLX V6 2WD. Does anyone feel extreme vibration from the engagement of VCM? I have been to the dealership multiple times, and they all say this is normal. Seriously on a 35k vehicle? And why would they engage VCM in sport mode. I could care less about gas efficiency in sport mode.

Any solutions?

Yes it engages at fairly low speeds.

The active engine mounts needs to be synchronized with the car in gear. Techline knows about this. Have your service person contact Techline. This is NOT normal and CAN be fixed. I know, because after I got my new transmission, mine was doing precisely this kind of vibration whenever VCM kicked in, and my service guy was able to fix it with the aid of Techline.
