Unwanted behavior after software update

Unwanted behavior after software update
I recently got a software update on my 2015 I4 TLX. It was necessary because of some emissions issue & acura sent me a letter on this with special instructions for California residents where we have to get some certificate from the dealer after the update which we would need to send in for registration renewal.
After the update however, now whenever I use bluetooth to do a phone call, these are the new behaviors(bugs) that I see.
Is there anyone seeing this behavior on their car after an update? How do I get an update that fixes this?
Also, Where/how can someone notify Acura of this unwanted behavior after software update assuming this is not only me but is a large scale observation?
After the update however, now whenever I use bluetooth to do a phone call, these are the new behaviors(bugs) that I see.
- First time I call someone the voice is garbled and lots of static[happens more than 50% of the time]. Second time voice quality is fine(100% of the time).
- Also if I have radio on when I made the call, the ACURA phone UI "hangs up" initially, however the actual phone call is on(as seen from the phone UI) & then later the ACURA phone UI comes back up in a few seconds & then the phone call and the radio are on at the same time for the first approx 5-10 seconds before the radio turns off/mute and then only the call is on via ACURA bluetooth phone interface[right expected behavior](happens 100% of the time)
Is there anyone seeing this behavior on their car after an update? How do I get an update that fixes this?
Also, Where/how can someone notify Acura of this unwanted behavior after software update assuming this is not only me but is a large scale observation?

I presume this was the 15-34 update. You did not say what phone you have, but my Android phone works fine after the update. BUT, maybe the update was not executed correctly. That seems to have happened to a number of posters here (I was one.) Go back to your dealer and tell them of this issue.

I have a Nexus 5(Android). I'll check with the dealer.

yikes - see my post on the marshmallow nexus android 6 thread. I dont think this is a Acura issue as someone on the Android forum also has this problem with his highlander.

It is not just Abdroid. I don't know if it's the Acura update or the phone iOS update but now I can't receive calls. On the screen the car immediately seems to hang up as soon as the call connection is made and I lose the call although if I look at the phone the call is still ongoing but I can't use the Bluetooth
