TLX does not support my USB why?
USB drives need to be less than 32GB and formatted as FAT32 to be read by most Acura Models. Additionally, not all vendor models work in my 2013 TL, but most of them do, so if you have more than one USB drive you could try different ones until one works, remember FAT32 file format. I'll confirm this, as I have a 512 GB that works fine, but you do have to format it FAT32 which will require you to find and download something to format that large of a drive to FAT32. Also, I've found the support for WMA is not comprehensive and the quality that is supported I was able to better compressing mine to a 320kbit mp3 format using Direct Audio Copy (DAC) and the LAME mp3 encoder.
