Has anyone had issues of text messages not being read by the voice system from a Pixel phone? Have a 2015 TLX with tech. Calls are ok but for some reason can't get text messages through the car. Text is enabled in the car system setting. Previous phone S4 had no issues.

 

Check your permissions. Maybe the car does not have access to the text/e-mail messages (settings on the paired device.) You should have "Contact access" and "Message access" turned on.

 

For my 2017 TLX, if I put voice calling to Advance mode, the text reading will not work. I change to Beginner and text read when press the big knob.
