Dual USB Charger Socket

Only use to charge 2 iPhone 7 whenever the rear passengers need it while on the road. I want to use with tap-a-fuse to the driver "switch" fuse.
In the fuse box, Which Amp size fuse (7.5A, 10A, 15A, and 20A), should I use for charging 2 iPhone same time while car running?
Oh, In the fuse box, What is "30A Spare Fuse" use for?

200+ viewers but no suggestion. It's all good. Amazon user was able to provide suggestion. I found that TLX majority fuse are "constant" power. I did a t-tap and add an inline fuse 10A. T-tap to a wire of a "center pocket" cigarette socket. Work great. That wire is a "switch".
