Subtrle MIDI features
Two minor features, in case you have not noticed.
1. When ACC is enabled, the car symbol will be solid if the vehicle ahead has been acquired, otherwise it will be shown as an outline.
2. When LKAS is enabled, the dotted outer lines are solid if the left and right lane markings are detected, otherwise they will be shown as an outline.
