How to turn audio off completely?

So I've had my TLX v6 Tech for about 4 days now and I just don't know how to turn off the audio. I mean I can turn down the volume all the way, but how can I just mute everything in one click?

Also, how do I change the wallpaper? Am I suppposed to load up a picture on a flash drive and put it in the usb? Or can I use my phone

Thanks in advance.

Have you aver heard about the handbook? There is a PDF version that is searchable.

Power button for audio, page 228 of the Handbook.

Wallpaper setup, page 224 of the Handbook.

To enjoy and get the most out of the car you really need to spend some time reading it (on you PC or smartphone).

I completely forgot about the CD handbook they gave me. Thanks for the info though.

Does anyone know the size of the wallpaper? I keep getting black borders on the side. The manual says maximum size is 4800 x 4800 pixels, but that doesn't make sense since the screen is much wider than it's length.

Since I have the Elite model ( of the RDX), I originally looked up the size in the Navigation manual, and found it listed to be 5800x5800 and maximum size of 10 MB. Like you I felt that this ratio was incorrect, so I looked it up again in the regular owners manual.

The manual says Images between 1,680 x 936 (display’s maximum image size) and 420 x 234 pixels in size can be displayed in full screen. I installed a few images at the highest resolution and obtained perfect screen fitment.

Awesome. I'll try it out what you did. Thanks.

You can also just depress the thumb wheel on the left side of the steering wheel once to mute any audio, and depress it again later to "unmute".

That little thumb wheel does so much in the TLX; it's one of my favorite things in the car!

On off button is just to the right of the volume knob on the dash between the two screens
