Hard disk cd quality recording setting

I see the HDD is 16G in the 2018 TLX. If a typical CD audio album size is about 400 MB, then I’m guessing I should be able to fit about 40 CD-A’s on the drive. Does anyone know what the two settings do to the CD size on disk? I’m guessing the standard quality CD recording option is a compressed format other than .wav while the high is uncompressed .wav. Does anyone know? Thanks

I’ll answer my own question partially. I have 12 CDs loaded and It’s only using 740M of space. That means it must be MP3 and .wav is not being used as a recording format. I’m assuming the standard and high quality settings are the bit rate. My guess is 128kbps versus 256kbps
